Dmitri A. Medvedev, the previous Russian president and common forecaster of a 3rd World Struggle, had no hesitation in evaluating the would-be murderer of Prime Minister Robert Fico of Slovakia to the younger man who ignited World Struggle I. Europe, he steered, was as soon as extra on the brink.
