It is a truth that folks lie about their credentials to get forward in life. The possibilities of a Millenial, and youthful, pulling off a pretend diploma/ diploma mill piece of crap is near zero with full background checks the norm during the last decade and a half. Retrospective background checks, I might guess, can be extremely uncommon for Gen X and older which have been round and are formally a part of the deadwood rotting at many organisations/ businesses. I’ve a sense there are a selection of Gen X and Boomers round with pretend credentials as they’ve by no means been subjected to background checks – not transferring jobs might be a giveaway.
Anybody have stats on whether or not employers retrospectively confirm the credentials of deadwood workers? And if that’s the case, any tales about what occurred to the folks that lied?
