Hey, I am attempting to get a bit little bit of readability on a scenario and hoping others with extra expertise might help me out – I had a safety guard place interview a pair days in the past. It was the second interview after a web-based recorded one and the supervisor appeared to essentially like me. Though I did not have the license for the job, he mentioned he was prepared to pay for it. He saved complimenting my confidence and intelligence and the general ambiance of the interview was nice. I observed he was actually relaxed and leaning again into his chair loads as I used to be speaking (undecided if that is good or dangerous?). He gave me a rundown of the subsequent steps akin to a background test and orientation earlier than giving me a tour of the constructing. At this level I used to be assured I might get the place, however close to the tip, he walked me in the direction of the doorways and shook my hand, saying he’ll give me a name tomorrow since he has one other interview scheduled. He mentioned he would cancel/not schedule some other interviews after this one and complimented my confidence once more earlier than I left.
It has been 5 days and I have not obtained a name. Did I get let down? Or, is that this regular? That is solely my second job after working in retail as my first so I actually am uncertain. Any suggestions can be useful!
